What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a quality cleaning service to Raven’s voids (unoccupied) properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Sweeping/hoovering/mopping floors and dusting/washing ledges, window seals, etc.
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, handbasins/sinks and walls.
- Transporting waste to allocated bin areas.
- Operating equipment (including works vehicle and a hand held IT device for recording work done).
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- A full, clean driving licence.
- The ability to lift and carry equipment/materials and to climb stairs and ladders.
- Proven team-working skills, plus the ability to work on your own initiative and possibly carry out minor repair tasks.
- Good verbal communication with residents, team members and others.
You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
