Admin Assistant [United Kingdom]


 

Duties to include:

  • Weekly Payroll using Sage 50
  • Enter Purchase Invoices Using Sage 50 Cloud
  • Reception Duties
  • Answer and Direct all Incoming Calls
  • Preparation and Distribution of Documents, including Emails
  • Filing using both electronic and manual systems
  • Update and Maintain Office Policies, Procedures and Documents
  • Photocopying and Scanning
  • Stationery/Consumables Ordering and Issue
  • Ad hoc duties

An Opportunity to Progress within the Company

Hours of Work: (39 per week)

Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (30 minutes lunch)

Friday - 08:30 - 16:00 (30 minutes lunch)

Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience

Skills Required:

  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Basic written skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly face to face and on the telephone to a variety of people
  • Ability to input text and figures into a computer accurately
  • Ability to use email and electronic messaging
  • Ability to follow instructions

Personal Qualities:

  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Good timekeeping/punctuality/reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
