Duties to include:
- Weekly Payroll using Sage 50
- Enter Purchase Invoices Using Sage 50 Cloud
- Reception Duties
- Answer and Direct all Incoming Calls
- Preparation and Distribution of Documents, including Emails
- Filing using both electronic and manual systems
- Update and Maintain Office Policies, Procedures and Documents
- Photocopying and Scanning
- Stationery/Consumables Ordering and Issue
- Ad hoc duties

Hours of Work: (39 per week)
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (30 minutes lunch)
Friday - 08:30 - 16:00 (30 minutes lunch)
