At East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) we provide hospital and community health care services for Colchester, Ipswich, and local areas. Formed on 1 July 2018, ESNEFT is the largest NHS organisation in the region
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Support the ICS Digital, Data and Technology Team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed, and delivered effectively
· Support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications, and stakeholder management
· Research and draft correspondence and papers and ensure the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions, and projects
· Be a key member of the team and support effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally with a range of organisations and individuals
· Development and maintenance of portfolio & projects documentation
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
· Previous project support experience
· Previous NHS experience
· Minute taking skills
