Do you have a proven track record of success in the FMCG Food Industry? We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Supervisor to run our afternoon shift. This position will be based at our Grimsby factory, the hours will be 4pm - 4am on a 4 on 4 off rota basis.

Role profile:
- Ensure GMP’s are followed at all times
- Configuring load plans
- Performing all delivery note check-backs with Planners
- Ensure all drivers are provided with correct paperwork
- Managing dispatch of all finished products
- Ensure that all paper work is completed and returned to the relevant areas
- Liaising with Planners as to vehicle timings
- Liaising with Shift Supervisors with regards to product run times
- Complete carry-forward checks after each Order Pick
- Completion of Shortage Sheets
- Responsible and controlled splitting of breaks
- Control the housekeeping element of your shift
- Ensuring that all products are date rotated
- Take responsibility for getting all short dated stock in to the quarantine isle in order for decanting
- Up-dating SAGE with goods in/out information
- People management – conducting probation reviews, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appraisals
- Manpower planning - approving holidays, planning cover for absence/holidays/training
- Ensuring the team are adhering to H&S legislation, working in a safe manner in accordance to the company safe systems of work
