Main Responsability:
Warm Greetings: Go above and beyond in welcoming guests by offering a genuine smile, maintaining eye contact, and using personalized greetings. Use their names whenever possible to create a friendly and personalized experience.
Positive Energy: Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to your interactions with guests and colleagues. Radiate energy and excitement, making guests feel instantly comfortable and valued.
Engage in Small Talk: Engage in friendly and light conversation with guests while assisting them. Ask about their travels, their purpose of visit, or any interesting plans they may have. This can help create a relaxed and personable atmosphere.
Attention to Detail: Show a keen eye for detail by noticing and remembering guests' preferences.
Offer Assistance Beyond the Door: While your primary responsibility is at the entrance, be proactive in helping guests even after they enter the hotel. Offer directions, accompany them to the elevator, or provide guidance on finding various facilities within the hotel.
Build Rapport: Strive to build long-term relationships with guests by remembering their previous visits and acknowledging their loyalty. Make them feel like VIPs by offering personalized service and anticipating their needs.
Previous experiences in luxury boutique hotels is desirable.
