Located in Northampton near Sixfields, our warehouse benefits from excellent transport links, making it easily accessible for employees.

Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements, especially during busy periods.
- Handling delicate and fragile products with a high level of care and attention to detail.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving to overcome any challenges that may arise during the fulfillment process.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of common sense, particularly when handling delicate products.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
- Ability to work well within a diverse team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting and carrying.
