We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintenance, as this is a large part of the roll, must be healthy due to demands of the job role, also fully flexible to cover holiday and sickness on night shifts 18:00-06:00, this is a lone working position.
Normal working hours Saturday and Sunday 06:00-18:00
Duties:
- Painting rooms to standard
-Plumbing skills
Electric skills
-Waste management
-Security of the building
-Gardening
-Any other duties as requested
Requirements:
- High level of maintenance experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, maintenance role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights
