We offer a salary of £22,500 p/a, dependant on experience.

We’re looking for someone to join us as soon as possible and be with us until December, you should be available to start immediately or with short notice.

More about our Recruitment Coordinator role

You play an integral role supporting our stakeholders to recruit the best talent for their teams over our busiest period, and ensure all candidates experience the best of our hospitality throughout the application process.

Building relationships will be key as you work closely with managers from across our stores, restaurants, distribution centres and support functions (based across various locations) and the wider people team.

You will:

  • Support the Talent Partners with candidate management from CV sifting, communicating with and providing updates to stakeholders and wider people team on progress of recruitment
  • Manage and track Recruitment data & KPI
  • Holding vacancy briefing calls with line managers and people partners, advising on process and best practice whilst gaining insight into the requirements of the opportunity.
  • Creating exciting job adverts and ensuring all available attraction methods are utilised.
  • Coordinating interview schedules including calendar management.
  • Supporting the offer and Colleague onboarding process.
