Customer Success Coordinator

We offer

Based in Aberdeen, as Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for increasing our business with UK customers and building strong relationships with our existing customer base. You will be a key point of contact for inbound enquiries, providing accurate course information, booking delegates onto courses and managing the overall customer experience through to the point of course delivery. You will also support our Senior Sales Managers and Head of Commercial with lead generation and marketing campaigns, across our key target markets of Wind, Maritime and Oil & Gas. You will become part of an experienced and passionate team, with opportunities to develop your career.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for B2B and B2C customers.
  • Successfully take bookings and input to Maersk Training management systems.
  • Work with the Customer Success team, and the wider business, to confirm suitable dates and instructors.
  • Manage change requests from customers.
  • Gain a basic understanding of course content and applicable markets, to be able to confidently handle customer queries.
  • Gain an understanding of profitability per course and location, to enable you to make informed decisions and suggest future areas for improvement.
  • Work with Head of Commercial to produce information for Management Reports.
  • Other tasks as may be determined by Head of Commercial, to match the changing needs of the business.
  • Alignment with APMM core values.
  • Assistance towards achieving Commercial Dept. KPIs.

We are looking for

You have a proactive approach, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude. You will be highly driven, able to work independently whilst still being able to fit within a small team. You enjoy working in a very fast paced office environment. A customer centric view with a priority to quality customer service is also important.

You are able to communicate clearly and confidently and be proficient in the use of MS Outlook and MS Office products.

This would be a 9 month fixed term contract.
