Call Centre Team Leader

Location: Kidderminster

Full Time – 37.5 hours to include weekend working

Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum

20 plus bank holiday days holiday

Healthcare cashback scheme (upon probation completion)

This role will be based in the call centre

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential. For this role, you will need previous work based leadership experience. You’ll offer a highly professional service that will result in repeat business, increased profitability and an excellent reputation for your store.

• Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
• Transferring calls efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
• Dispensing over the phone
• Triaging patients with eye & health concerns
